In February 2021, ISBC Group developed and implemented the Policy for Prevention and Combating Corruption.
The anti-corruption Policy was drafted in accordance with the requirements of Russian and international legislation, as well as taking into account the methodology, principles and international best practices. The Policy takes into consideration the requirements of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Resource Guide and the UK Bribery Act of 2010 (UKBA) Compliance Guidelines. (UKBA).
The developed Policy for Prevention and Combating Corruption is part of the internal control system of all employees and managers of the ISBC Group and establishes the managerial and organizational framework for the prevention of corruption (corrupt practices), measures to minimize and/or eliminate the consequences of corruption offences, its participants, tasks, functions, powers and responsibilities, including in relations with third parties: individuals, legal entities, state and municipal authorities and their representatives.ISBC Group openly states rejection of corruption, welcomes and encourages compliance with the principles and requirements of this Policy by all its employees, contractors and other third parties, and promotes an anti-corruption culture in society and among its employees through information and education.
